Impact Assessment | ESG Program | B Corp Certification

Why: Customers, suppliers, partners, employees, investors, and the community are expressing the need for organizations to positively contribute to social and environmental issues.

What: Pact Three partners with organizations to bring sustainability, social, and community-driven goals into measurable actions.

When: Prioritizing these goals provides a key differentiator from other providers – generating impact while putting people, planet, and profit first.

How / Learn: We will complete a full assessment to determine your current state of impact based on areas like the environment, sustainability, governance, customers, workers, and community. The assessment typically takes two-hours. We will then review the areas for improvement that can be achieved immediately within two weeks, within the quarter, and within one year.

How / Plan: Based on prioritized goals and areas for improvement, Pact Three will develop a customized action plan to address these areas and establish metrics to measure our progress and continuous improvement. We will create, modify, and review Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), as well as various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure our goals.

How / Build: Together we will work towards completing the various improvements through a project management methodology that respects your ability to manage the business, while achieving impactful results. We will create an internal and external communication plan to share progress along the way. If applicable, we will submit the B Corp Certification application and manage the process from start to finish.

 

Workplace Engagement | Green Trivia

Why: 83% of employees are more productive and loyal to a company that contributes to social and environmental issues.

What: Pact Three provides teams with the tools to increase awareness and engagement in a fun, interactive environment.

When: Prioritizing these goals can immediately increase morale, cultivate creativity, and encourage organization-wide participation.

How / Learn: We will complete an interview to determine your team’s current level of interest and knowledge regarding social and environmental impact. The interview takes about 30-minutes and may include any number of team members.

How / Plan: Once the engagement goals are determined, we will create a customized engagement plan to facilitate a fun, collaborative environment. Whether the plan includes team building events, creating a “green team” for sustainability at work, or leading employee resource groups, the opportunities will generate purposeful empowerment across the team.

How / Build: By placing their environmental knowledge to the test, employees will be able to craft their own impact ideas from the experience. Progress will be monitored based on identified goals like mentorship opportunities, waste reduction, and/or community engagement. Beyond the sense of accomplishment, the organization will bolster a purposeful and productive ecosystem.

 

Sustainable Events | Inclusive Experiences

Why: Events are vital for organizations, customers, industries, and communities to network, offer educational opportunities, and increase sales and account support.

What: Whether virtual or in-person, events have a significant footprint on the environment and the community.

When: Sustainability and inclusion must be fully integrated into the strategy, planning, programming, logistics, operations, and execution to be successful.

How / Learn: We will complete a full assessment to determine the core objectives for your upcoming event. The assessment typically takes one-hour and will assess your current state of sustainability, inclusivity, and engagement. We will then review the areas for improvement that can be achieved immediately within your playbook, as well as implementation.

How / Plan: Based on the event goals and areas for improvement, Pact Three will develop a customized playbook to ensure the team is able to prioritize and execute the full action plan. The process will implement key strategies including trust, transparency, inclusivity, community engagement, vendor management, and footprint reduction.

How / Build: We will leverage the core principles for impactful event execution and empower the team in becoming experts in sustainable and inclusive event strategies, custom trends, and hybrid solutions. Your commitment towards prioritizing impactful experiences will increase event impact and customer trust.
